Richard Abbey Junior

 Richard Abbey Jnr is the Events Director at Xodus Communications Limited. He is a versatile serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of expertise in events management, branding, marketing, entrepreneurship development, and communications. He is the Founder of the Forty under 40 awards, Ghana Oil and Gas Awards, Ghana Auto Awards, Ghana Manufacturing Awards, Ghana Insurance Awards and Forty under 40 Africa

He has consulted and worked with for both local and international brands namely Procter & Gamble , Oral B, B5Plus Group, Reckitt Benckister , Kimo Homes, British Council, Africa Leadership Magazine, Worldview International, Data Protection Commission, Stanbic Bank, JP Trustees Limited, Juwel Energy, Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, Ghana Enterprise Agency, Access Bank, Graphic Communications, Far East Mercantile, National Communications Authority, Konfidant, Ministry of Communications, Business Development, National Cyber Security and more

He is the founder of John Possible; a transport and rental company. He is the Director at Possitech (Possible Technology) an emerging IT company focused on onsite digital registration service, digital visitor login and more. Richard Abbey Jnr is the President of Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (AYE GHANA). He was the head Judge at the 2020 Presidential Pitch. He is currently the chairman of the Awarding Board of the Ghana Events Industry Conference and Awards 

Rebecca Donkor  

Ms. Rebecca Donkor is the Founder and CEO of Makeup Ghana, the unifying platform for the beauty industry in Ghana focused on Brand and Product Development, Consultancy, Marketing & Events. She is also the Founder of the College of Beauty Arts & Entrepreneurship which is both a pre-tertiary and a tertiary educational institution dedicated to fostering an academic community that ensures that students pursue experiential learning among industry partners, and the Beauty Business Chamber, a policy advocacy group and private network of individuals and corporate firms from across Africa’s Beauty Industry to promote, develop and connect members to the Global Beauty Industry. She is a member of the University of Ghana Alumni Council and an Ambassador for the Youth Employment Agency. Rebecca holds an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Ghana Business School. She also serves on Boards and acts as an Advisor to early and growth stage businesses within the beauty industry. Rebecca is passionate about contributing to the development of the Beauty Industry in Ghana and Africa and works tirelessly towards positioning the industry as a viable sector for improving the country’s economic growth.

Selorm Kofi Dake

Selorm Kofi Dake is a former Trade Adviser and Infrastructure Lead at the Department for International Trade (DIT) at the British High Commission in Ghana from 2017-2020. He holds a master’s in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex, UK. As the Infrastructure Lead at the British High Commission in Ghana, Selorm supported UK contractors to secure and fund over $500 million worth of infrastructure projects for the government of Ghana with the support of the UK Export Finance (UKEF). He is a founding Director of the Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs Ghana (AYE) Ghana. 

Elsie Appau-Klu

Elsie Appau –Klu is a Ghanaian Lawyer, Certified Human Resources Practitioner, Policy Analyst, and Corporate Governance Specialist with over 15years of experience. She has led several teams in training various stakeholders in both public and private sectors of Ghana in the fields of Human Resources and Labour Law, Organizational Development, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Elsie worked for, advised and consulted for various organizations including: The Netherlands Foreign Affairs Ministry- Hague, Ghana & West Africa; The United Nations She is currently the Managing Partner and Regional Representative Africa for Acreatyghana-a leading Human Resources and Management Consulting firm

Dr. Nicholas Omaboe 

Dr Nicholas Nii Nortey Omaboe is a professional accountant and finance expert with 17 years of experience with specialisation in financial reporting, corporate finance, and business research. He has solid business background with experiences several industries (Manufacturing, Religious, Education, Television, Banking and Finance, Hospitality, Administration and Mining). Nicholas has a Doctorate and a Master of applied business research from Swiss Business School. He also holds a bachelor and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana and Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales. He also holds a chartered diploma certificate in forensic audit. He is currently a financial consultant and a medical and a real estate entrepreneur.
